At i-Thrive, we strive for excellence, but we know that sometimes we don’t get it right. If you’ve had an experience that didn’t meet your expectations, we encourage you to share your complaint with us. Your feedback helps us learn, improve, and ensure better service for you and others in the future.
We will acknowledge your complaint within three working days, either orally or in writing, and offer a meeting at your convenience to discuss it. We will outline the investigation process, estimated timescales, and when you can expect a written response. If you prefer not to meet, we will determine and notify you of the response timeline. Our goal is to provide a written response within 28 days, keeping you informed of any delays. This response will detail our findings, conclusions, any necessary actions, and how they may affect you.
