- Remove Accessories: Take off shoes, jewellery, watches, and other accessories.
- Hair: Tie back long hair to keep it off the shoulders and neck.
- Hydration and Food: Maintain normal hydration, but avoid heavy meals immediately before the scan.
- No Recent Exercise: Avoid intense physical activity for at least 2-3 hours prior to the scan, as sweat and pump can slightly alter results.
